- Guarantee that each project is professionally correct in text, spelling, and format accuracy. If an occasional oversight happens, assurance of a pleasant, fast service to remedy any such error is given.
- Matters of English usage will be left to the discretion of the customer. Editing is done by mutual agreement.
- Will issue a written estimate of the total cost of your project. The cost will depend on the length, complexity, type and amount of work to be done. This will include an estimate of the amount of time needed to complete the work, and will indicate any other necessary contractual requirements. Work will begin as soon as the estimate is approved.

If for whatever reason, completion of the project will need to be expedited earlier than planned an additional rush fee will be required
